  • We know you might be wondering why we don’t accept insurance. Let’s be honest: many insurance companies don’t prioritize your mental health needs. They often focus more on saving money than empowering you to find freedom. Most people don’t realize that using insurance can limit confidentiality, increase your premiums, and restrict treatment options, ultimately compromising the quality of care you receive.

    Instead, we work with a third-party company called Mentaya that submits claims for reimbursement on your behalf. We also provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This allows us to offer high-quality, client-driven treatment plans tailored to your individual needs without the constraints of insurance limitations.

  • Simple Practice is the online platform that I use for my scheduling and invoicing needs. As a client, you will get an account for this platform and through it be able to view, complete, and sign all of my practice documents. You can also request new appointments through this platform. Simply click on the Schedule Now tab to get started!

  • We always offer HIPPA compliant telehealth sessions! We utilize the virtual therapy session platform on Simple Practice.

  • If you are a new client, click the BOOK NOW button to get started.

    If you are an existing client,  click on the Book Now button and then ‘Request an Appointment’ on the next page. It will show you our availability and you’ll get a confirmation email from us once it’s confirmed.
